SHB60221 Advanced Diploma of Skin Therapy
This qualification reflects the role of individuals employed as skin or beauty therapists who design and provide specialised skin treatments for clients with various skin treatment needs.
They are skilled individuals who synthesise specialised knowledge and experience to consult, design and manage sequential treatment programs. They possess highly developed communication skills and specialised technical skills. Practitioners operate within a defined scope of practice and use initiative and judgement to refuse or refer treatments as required.
This qualification provides a pathway to work in skin or beauty therapy clinics.
Job Roles include Skin Therapist, Skin Clinician or Dermal Therapist.
SHB50216 Diploma of Salon Management
This qualification reflects the role of senior managers and salon business owners of personal services businesses. On completion of this course you will have the skills and knowledge to coordinate the day-to-day operation of the business and for planning, monitoring and evaluating the work of the team. Salon managers also operate with significant autonomy to make strategic business management decisions.
Combine your practical skills alongside management skills and become a salon manager or salon business owner. You will be able to manage a salon, day spa, resort spa, cruise ship spa, hotel spa and clinics. This qualification provides a pathway to work as a salon manager in any type of personal service business including hairdressing or beauty salons, barber shops and spas.

You prefer a structured learning environment. This program includes a structured on campus timetable with online theory component.
Our timetables also allow students to upgrade to the next higher qualification with ease of transition.
Remote Learning Program- Online/On Campus
If full restrictions for COVID19 come into place, a full remote learning program has been put into place to allow students to continue their studies with ease remotely with live lessons, practical and theory. Students will transition to online live classes.

Day Options: 9:30am-2:30pm Full Time: 2 days on campus from Monday and Tuesday plus 1 x Interactive Online Session (12 months) Evening Options: 6pm-9:30pm Full Time: 2 nights on campus Monday and Tuesday plus 1 x Interactive Online Session. (18 months) Course Cost: $6,900 (including full Dermal kit) Deposit: $100.00 Interest Free Payment Plan Options: Full Time: Study over 12 months $80 per week on an Interest Free Payment Plan $600 per month on an Interest Free Payment Plan ($1,300 residual payment left after 12 months of payment plan payments will remain). You can continue to pay via a Payment Plan until all fees have been paid. Part Time: Study over 18 months $80 per week on an Interest Free Payment Plan $400 per month on an Interest Free Payment Plan ($1,300 residual payment left after 18 months of payment plan payments will remian).
